I am a wife, a mother, & an artist. I am spiritual and open-minded. I am passionate about motherhood, creativity, learning, and helping others.
My husband and I met in 2002 when I was 15 years old. He was my very first boyfriend, my very first love. But, when it’s right, it’s right! We have been together for 14 years and married for 8 years! We just bought our first home, nearly a year ago, and that was such a huge achievement for us! He works in boat industry, as a manager on an assembly line. He’s incredibly kind, loving, and hard-working. He’s my soul mate and I thank God every day that our paths crossed. Together we have three incredible little girls!
Lily is our oldest, she is nearly 7 years old. She is in the first grade and is so smart! She has such a bubbly and friendly personality–so it’s not a surprise that she is very well liked by her classmates. She is loved by everyone she comes into contact with! She is a wonderful child–she is so funny and very determined. She is passionate about gymnastics and creating youtube videos. Watch her here. She is a wonderfully unique kiddo and I am thankful that she is sharing this life with me!
Emma is our second oldest, she is going to be 5 years old on St. Patrick’s day! She is so sweet, sensitive, and a little bit fiery (just ask her big sister!) She is in VPK and loves school! She can be a bit shy, but she loves to sing. And she loves to dance–but normally when she thinks no one is watching! She has a wonderful imagination and uses it to draw amazing pictures of fairies, angels, flowers, and people…and of course her most important work of all–playing!! She has a huge heart and is often telling others that they are beautiful and kind. I am so thankful for this girl and her kind heart!
Our youngest is Kate, she is 3 months old! She was born in October 2016 and she is the most perfect addition to complete our family! She has the sweetest smile. She has the most awesome ability to spread her light and make everyone around her happy! She loves to play with her rattles and toy bunny (that her big sisters have named BunBun for her!) She is my little angel and I am so thankful for her!
I enjoy creating art as a form of meditation–this is the time when I am able to calm my mind and go within to listen to my guides, my angels, and the whispers of the Universe. It’s fun and satisfying for me to create just for the sake of creating…without the thought of it being perfect (whatever that is!) or with the intent to sell. I really love to create art on my own, but it’s also one of my greatest joys to create art with my children! My children and I created an art based kindness project called, Happy Books: A Kindness Project. We create art on top of tiny homemade books, add uplifting messages inside, and leave them around our city to make others feel good & smile! I have described myself as spiritual for about 10 years now, but really I have been this way my whole life. I went to church as a child, but I never felt like I belonged there or that what they were preaching was “the truth.” I didn’t really know what the “truth” was, but I knew it was out there waiting for me to discover it. When I was about 18 years old, I felt drawn to search for and to uncover what truth resonated with my soul…and that is when I discovered spirituality. I have been on a spiritual journey ever since. I have come a long way but still have so much to learn. I am very open-minded and willing to learn about many different possibilities. I encourage others to teach me about their lives–their educational views, religious views, political views, their parenting views, etc. I believe that there is something to be learned from everyone.
About two years ago, I realized that I had an indescribable want to help others on their own spiritual journey. Now, it’s not something that I want to do anymore, it’s something that I need to do. It’s my calling. My life purpose. I am now taking the steps needed to put myself in a position to help others in the way that I am meant to. This year I plan to take classes to further my spiritual knowledge. I also am working on a very exciting affirmation deck (that I have to keep under wraps until it’s published) but I promise it’s unlike anything you’ve seen before and I know it will help many who use it! It’s a very exciting time for me!
